Risk free returns. By all means, if merchandise is received in a damaged condition, or simply not the right product, please contact us at email@example.com or (856) 440-3233. All items sold are "true to size" and the responsibility will be on the customers should the WRONG SIZE be ordered. Please refer to the provided size chart on each item to assure the correct sizing.
If you received an item damaged through the packing and shipping process, we request that the first thing you do is notify us through our contact information, provide photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip.
It must be said, to be eligible for a return, your damaged or wrong item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund status.
Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please check with your bank or credit card company.
